Who am I?
My name is Ashley, and I am a passionate and dedicated Real Estate Agent and Brokerage Approved Mentor with Real Broker Vancouver. I grew up in South Delta, and have since lived and worked in various places around the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, including Fort Langley, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Langley, Richmond, and Vancouver. Since starting my real estate journey in 2007, I have built a reputation for excellence, specializing in marketing, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. My love for helping others manifest and achieve their dreams drives my approach to real estate.
I hold nearly 20 years of expertise in the industry, from building and managing brokerages and teams, to everything in between. With extensive experience training agents in all aspects of real estate from writing enforceable contracts, to marketing and brand awareness (websites, brand development, social media), as well as creating systems and procedures that work for you and your business (business planning and goal setting, file management, database management, client retention).
