I spent over 15 years working in real estate in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley before I left it, on a whim, for Vancouver Island. I did not plan the move. I signed a lease on the way back to the ferry, and figured out the rest later. I traded long days of city traffic for ocean views — and I'm not looking back.
